Experience truly personalized yoga with private sessions designed just for you.

I love adapting practices that fit your unique goals and life. In fact, my advanced teacher training specialized in adapting yoga to individual needs. With this toolbox, I craft each session to align with your goals—whether that’s movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, philosophy, or other aspects of yoga practice, such as mudra and yantra.

Every session is recorded, so you can practice again anytime, and as a bonus, you’ll receive a Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) created just for you.

To ensure a deeply personalized experience, I work with only a small number of private clients at a time. This allows me to support your practice with consistency and dedication.

The process and what you’ll receive

  • I'll begin by learning about you—your goals, interests, and how yoga fits into your daily life. We’ll discuss the energetic goals of your practice and how you’d like to feel after each session—grounded, energized, calm, and so on.

  • We'll then schedule a time to meet online via Zoom. I'll offer guidance on how to use items around your house as props for our practice together.

  • Each of our practices will include grounding, postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and reflection. I'll adjust both the practices and the proportion of each section to your specific needs.

  • Following the practice, we’ll discuss what worked for you, what needs to be adjusted, and how to incorporate elements of the practice into your daily routine.

  • I’ll follow up with the full recording of our session, along with a bespoke guided deep relaxation recording. You’ll be welcome to email me with any questions as you start practicing.

  • For those who purchase a 5-pack session or more, I’ll send you a thoughtfully curated care package based on your needs.
