Tackle your most challenging projects with the support of a like-minded community! Hero Hour is a weekly body doubling work session designed to boost focus and motivation. We begin with a grounding meditation, work in two 20-minute sprints with movement breaks in between, and close with mindful movement. Bring any project—writing, crafting, job applications, or organizing—and get it done together!
The sessions are free, but if your circumstances allow, you are welcome to make a gift to support the event administration.
