Onward, Inward: Meeting the Moment with Contemplative Practice


A six-week course meeting Tuesdays at 5pm CT for 90 minutes.

In times of uncertainty and challenge, contemplative practices offer us a way to ground ourselves, find clarity, and move forward with purpose. This six-week course blends yogic and Buddhist philosophy with embodied practice, using the chakra system as a framework for self-inquiry and transformation.

Each week, we will explore ancient teachings, meditation, and mindful movement to nourish ourselves while also considering how our inner work can ripple outward for the greater good. Together, we’ll build a supportive community of like-minded seekers, creating space for reflection, connection, and inspired action.

Join us on this journey—one that invites us to turn inward with curiosity and compassion, so we can move onward with strength and wisdom.
